Ceremony Kit

Inspired by the French tradition of the Galette des Rois on January 6th (Epiphany), where the person who finds a hidden charm in the cake is crowned king, 6/01 brings together the essential elements of this celebration. A crown, a doily, and confetti were cut entirely from a single map. The work transforms a medium of geographic order into a ceremonial set, intertwining the concept of cartographic search with the playful, ritualistic moment of celebration.
